Propane runs your furnace, water heater, stove, and often your refrigerator — through copper and rubber lines that vibrate down the highway for years. Fittings loosen. Regulators age. Rodents chew. Most of the time, the first symptom is an appliance that won't stay lit; sometimes it's a smell. Either way, LP systems deserve professional diagnosis, real test equipment, and zero shortcuts.

- Detector replacement — LP and CO detectors have expiration dates; we check and replace them
When did you last replace your LP detector? They expire — typically after 5–7 years — and an expired detector can fail silently. If yours is chirping, showing an error, or older than the sticker says it should be, replace it now. It's the cheapest safety equipment on your rig.
What a Proper Leak Test Looks Like
We connect a manometer, pressurize the system, and verify it holds pressure over time — the same test required after any line has been opened. If pressure drops, we isolate sections until the leak is found and fixed, then retest. You get documentation of the passing test, which is also handy for insurance and resale.
